Teaching aerail hoop (lyra) at Circus Smirkus Camp

Philosophy:
I am convinced that we can and should continually learn new things and challenge ourselves throughout our lives. While I enjoy performing and love learning new tricks, my heart belongs to teaching. Seeing a child build confidence at the same time they're promoting their physical health or an adult learn that their body is much more capable than they ever gave it credit for is what makes teaching so worthwhile. Whether you are an athlete looking for a new workout or can't remember the last time you tried to do a sit-up, aerial arts has something to challenge and inspire you.
Lessons:
I plan to offer aerial classes at AllStar Gymnastics in Windsor, CT starting fall 2008. Please contact me for more information. Meanwhile, I will be teaching at Circus Smirkus and at various workshops across the country with the Aerial Angels.
