Nightmare on Broad Street
Last night Suzanne Rappaport, Chris Oakley and Adam Woolley joined me in Windor Connecticut for the annual "Nightmare on Broad Street" Halloween celebration. Hundred of kids came out and were entertained by feats of contortion, fire-eating, aerial fabric and diablo.

Back to the Gym...
Now that my weekly trips to Carver have come to an end and I no longer have performing to pass as a substitute for hard training, it's time to go back to the gym. So, I am dedicating the next 8 weeks to getting my rear in gear. What happens in 8 weeks? Nothing - just seems like an adequate amount of time to set goals and measure progress. So when you see me, ask me how many pull ups I'm up to or how far I ran today. And, if you want to hang out, let's go for a run, to the gym, or ask to check out the new fabric routine. The American tradition may be to pack on the pounds for the holiday season, but I plan to give myself the best gift a girl could ask for... highly defined abs.

Flame burns on...
Today I am leaving for the last weekend in Carver, Mass at King Richard's Faire with the Aerial Angels. It has proven to be a wonderful experience and I will truly miss the new friends I have made. I would be getting all sad about the last weekend, except that the Aerial Angels have asked me to become a full member and perform with them in the future. They are an amazing group to work with I'm excited about the many adventures we'll have.

Everyone else is doing it...
Well, I never thought of myself as much of a bloger. Infact part of me absolutely hates the idea. But, apparently it is the best way to provide updates to friends and collegues, so we'll see how it goes...
